Join us for an evening at CSU Spur!

 

CSU Spur is a three-building campus that brings learning to life around important global topics of food, water, and health. Using the resources of the System’s three campuses – CSU in Fort Collins, CSU Pueblo, and CSU Global – CSU Spur welcomes the everyday learner to dig into hands-on experiences and watch science on-display.

Terra at CSU Spur brings agriculture to life, allowing people to understand where their food comes from, the challenges that lie ahead as the global population grows rapidly, and how we can all participate in shaping our food future.

RMIFT Dinner & Discussion

We’ll start in the Terra teaching and culinary kitchen whipping up some delicious pizzas together using ingredients donated by some of our members and their companies.

Afterwards, we’ll hear from Matt Owen, co-founder of Sweet Logic, a keto-friendly baking mix startup. He’ll share about his entrepreneurial journey from engineer to cofounder and now CEO of Owen Family Manufacturing, a facility providing cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing services to CPG brands in the food industry.

This event is open to members and non-members. Special thanks to our host CSU Spur for making this a free event!
